Chatham County residents will soon be able to visit a Duke Primary Care Clinic in Chatham County. Galloway Ridge has added a new outpatient clinic that will be open to the public and be managed and staffed by Duke University Health Systems.
Established by the Board of Directors in 2006, the Galloway Ridge Charitable Fund is the means for residents and other donors to support Chatham County not-for-profits as well as public school and governmental agency projects.
Galloway Ridge at Fearrington, a continuing care retirement community, located just 8 miles south of Chapel Hill is undergoing a $102 million dollar renovation and expansion. It will include an on-site primary care clinic, and expanded Duke Center for Living Fitness Center, 66 independent living, 14 additional assisted living and 24 skilled nursing apartments as well as a 15 unit Memory Care Wing in Chatham County.
Galloway Ridge at Fearrington is undergoing its Phase II Expansion aggressively over the summer months focusing on a completion date of spring 2012. The expansion consists of expanding the Duke Center for Living Health and Fitness Center, adding a new Outpatient Rehabilitation Center as well as the Duke Primary Care Clinic, which will be expanding to a new stand-alone clinic.
The Board of Directors of Galloway Ridge, Inc. announced that Jason R. Cronk, Executive Director of Galloway Ridge, Inc., has accepted a position as Senior Director of Operations for CRSA China Management, LLC, located in Memphis, TN.
