Fortune and Great Place to Work® Name Galloway Ridge at Fearrington One of the 2022 Best Workplaces in Aging Services ™, Ranking #10
Great Place to Work® and Fortune magazine have honored Galloway Ridge at Fearrington as one of the 2022 Best Workplaces in Aging Services™. This is Galloway Ridge at Fearrington’s first time being named to this prestigious list, this year coming in at 10th place. Earning a spot means that Galloway Ridge at Fearrington is one of the best companies to work for in the country.
The Best Workplaces in Aging Services award is based on analysis of survey responses from more than 140,000 employees from Great Place to Work-Certified™ companies in the aging services industry. In that survey, 88% of Galloway Ridge at Fearrington’s employees said Galloway Ridge at Fearrington is a great place to work. This number is 33% higher than the average U.S. company.
