Throughout this pandemic, our number one priority has been to protect the health and well-being of our residents, employees, family members and the broader community, and to reduce the risk for those most vulnerable to COVID-19. Depending on the size of the residence, waiting list times range from 2 to 15 years. Smaller residences have shorter wait times whereas villas have a 10 to 15 year wait time.

Residents in The Arbor receive personalized, compassionate assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care centered on their specific needs and desires that is designed to enhance their quality of life. Schedules and services are tailored to match each individual whenever possible. A team of dedicated nursing and therapy professionals provide services to ensure each resident is given an opportunity to function at his or her highest level. A certified recreational therapist guides residents in leisure activities seven days a week to promote a sense of well-being. Every Arbor resident enjoys a private room with a private bathroom. Sixteen rooms of our skilled nursing neighborhood are Medicare-certified, enabling residents to use their Medicare benefit.
