The Life Care program at Galloway Ridge helps you manage the high cost of long-term care without the need for costly insurance plans. The Life Care program covers the cost of long-term assisted living, Alzheimer’s, Dementia or memory care and skilled nursing care that would otherwise be covered by long-term care insurance or by private pay. Should you already have long-term care insurance, it is suggested that you, in conjunction with your insurance provider, decide if keeping it as a supplemental plan or cancelling it makes the most sense for you and your unique situation.
To become a resident of Galloway Ridge, you pay a one-time entrance fee based upon the size and location of your chosen residence, as well as your choice of entrance fee refundability. The entrance fee funds the cost of the community and The Arbor Health Care Center and entitles you to reside in the apartment or villa of your choice for as long as you are an independent resident of Galloway Ridge community.
