CAREERS AT

GALLOWAY RIDGE

The mission of Galloway Ridge is to inspire meaningful and engaged lives and to assure each resident a superior quality of life and care. At Galloway Ridge we are seeking people of passion, purpose and progress to join our team of uniquely talented individuals. We pride ourselves on not only our outstanding community, but also on our employees’ ceaseless devotion to serve it. Our team consists of over 350 people who each contribute unique talent and expertise in a variety of hospitality, medical and professional fields.

Due to the recent COVID-19 surge and the availability of safe and effective vaccines, Galloway Ridge will require all employees to receive the COVID-19 vaccine or have an approved medical or religious exemption as a condition of employment effective October 1, 2021.   Throughout this pandemic, our number one priority has been to protect the health and well-being of our residents, employees, family members and the broader community, and to reduce the risk for those most vulnerable to COVID-19.  Science has demonstrated that the best way that we – as a community and individuals – can do this is through vaccination.  We are taking reasonable steps to make sure that our employees– many of whom remain on the frontlines, are protected and available to care for our residents as we deal with the next phases of the pandemic.

As in previous years, all employees are required to have the flu vaccine by October 31, 2021 or an approved medical or religious exemption by October 15, 2021.
