On Thursday, January 25, our Harvest restaurant was filled with the warm glow of community spirit as over 155 residents came together for a Lobster Dinner Fundraiser in support of the Galloway Ridge Residents Benevolent Care Fund. This special event not only delighted guests with an incredible meal but also raised essential funds to support residents who experience unexpected financial hardships.
At Galloway Ridge, our Benevolent Care Fund exists to help those who, through no fault of their own, are no longer able to cover their full monthly fees. Gifts to this fund ensure that every member of our community has the stability and peace of mind they deserve.
The evening itself was a true culinary delight. The enticing aroma of freshly prepared seafood filled the room as guests indulged in a traditional Lobster Dinner featuring rich and creamy clam chowder, crispy fries, fresh coleslaw, and a sweet finish of Key Lime pie. The atmosphere was lively, with conversation and laughter echoing throughout the dining room as residents shared their appreciation for the incredible meal and the opportunity to support such an important cause.
