Duke Center for Living
DCFL is a state-of-the-art, on-site fitness facility where our residents are welcome to exercise on their own or participate in group classes.

Harvest

Harvest is a cozy, casual sit-down restaurant that celebrates the rich flavors of North Carolina with a focus on natural, locally sourced ingredients. Offering a warm and inviting atmosphere, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy thoughtfully prepared dishes that showcase the region’s culinary heritage.

Mulberry Market

With a vibrant, market-style vibe, Mulberry Market offers quick, delicious options like sandwiches and salads. Perfect for meeting friends or grabbing food to-go, it’s an ideal spot for casual bites or picnic prep.

Table 23

Table 23 is a refined American-style restaurant showcasing classic fine dining dishes crafted with locally sourced ingredients. Its elegant, timeless decor, highlighted by exquisite patterns and fabrics, creates the perfect setting for a sophisticated dining experience.

 

Belties

From day to night, Belties is the social hub of our new dining renovations. This welcoming bar area brings our residents together over coffee, small bites and cocktails. Established in 2005, Belties is a resident favorite. Our updated space is designed for coming and going.

Honey and Hearth

Honey and Hearth offers fresh baked goods with a warm and inviting atmosphere. From artisan breads and pastries to pizzas and casual meals,
residents can enjoy their favorite comfort foods around our new stone hearth oven.

Living Room
The living room is a large gathering space for residents to sit and enjoy a cozy evening by the fireside and chat with friends on the sofas or chairs. It feels right at home!

Library
The library shelves are lined with over 12,000 books and periodicals for our residents to devour a good story or learn something new any day or time of the week.

Villas
With eight unique floor plans, the villas are the epitome of comfortable living on the east side of campus where residents can live independent, active lifestyles.

Entrance
There’s no passing by our campus without admiring the rolling fields and pristine white picket fence just down the road from the belted cows of Fearrington Village.

Cinema
The 49 seats in our cinema allows for plenty of leg room while sitting in our reclining chairs to sit back, relax, and watch one of our latest showings on the big screen.

Rose Garden
The rose garden, planted among the apartment buildings, boasts a pleasant courtyard with winding paths and lush rose bushes blooming alongside them.

Garden Room
The Garden Room, located in the main building between the lobby and the great hall, offers sitting areas for a serene place to rest or enjoy company.

Bark Park
The Bark Park is a well-kept area just off of Park Loop Trail for residents’ and visitors’ furry friends to be free and play in a contained area. 

Walking Trails
Our trail system includes trails from 0.2 to 0.9 miles in distance with various level of terrain from flat, paved loops to uneven, hilly routes.

Community Garden
Our residents tend to the community garden with seasonal vegetables and flowering plants year after year.

Artisan Studio
Our fully stocked art studio is a place for our residents to be expressive and creative. Residents can enjoy time to themselves or participate in a group art class here.

Lobby
Our enthralling lobby is an impressively inviting and newly renovated space. The walls are lined with artwork, and the chairs offer a welcoming place to sit and greet guests as they arrive.

Billiards
Our cards and billiards room boasts a cozy area to gather with friends around an entertaining game and spend quality time with other residents.

Woodworking Workshop
Our woodworking workshop is equipped with all the tools and machinery to make magic happen. All the essentials are here for any resident to build something special.

Zen Garden
Just beyond the courtyard outside the library is a relaxing place to sit on a bench in the shade and enjoy the nearby pond and fountain surrounded by beautiful landscapes.
