With four restaurants and a wonderful English-style pub to choose from, our residents are always assured of an excellent dining experience. Whether you choose to dine at the elegant, formal Camellia Room, the spacious and inviting Bistro, or the casual Weathersfield Café, you’ll find superb cuisine using the finest seasonal ingredients and friendly, expert dining staff.

Belties
From day to night, Belties is the social hub of our new dining renovations. This welcoming bar area brings our residents together over coffee, small bites and cocktails. Established in 2005, Belties is a resident favorite. Our updated space is designed for coming and going.

Harvest
Harvest is a cozy, casual sit-down restaurant that celebrates the rich flavors of North Carolina with a focus on natural, locally sourced ingredients. Offering a warm and inviting atmosphere, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy thoughtfully prepared dishes
that showcase the region’s culinary heritage.

Mulberry Market
With a vibrant, market-style vibe, Mulberry Market offers quick, delicious options like sandwiches and salads. Perfect for meeting friends or grabbing food to-go, it’s an ideal spot for casual bites or picnic prep.

Table 23
Table 23 is a refined American-style restaurant showcasing classic fine dining dishes crafted with locally sourced ingredients. Its elegant, timeless decor, highlighted by exquisite patterns and fabrics, creates the perfect setting for a sophisticated dining experience.

Honey & Hearth
Honey and Hearth offers fresh baked goods with a warm and inviting atmosphere. From artisan breads and pastries to pizzas and casual meals,
residents can enjoy their favorite comfort foods around our new stone hearth oven.

ADDITIONAL DINING SERVICES
In addition to our daily offerings, Galloway Ridge has special wine dinners and a beer-brewing club called the Hops & Barley Brew Boys Club. We offer take-out and home delivery for no extra charge, and will happily cater a private party in your home or at one of our venues. We can easily accommodate a wide range of diets and adhere to any preferences you may have.
We hold a Let’s Talk Food meeting once a month for residents and staff to give feedback and suggestions, and we also have a Resident Dining Committee that meets once a month. We welcome new ideas! With all of our available dining activities, you’ll be sure to find a group of friends that shares your preferred palette in no time.

With over 20 years of experience in the foodservice industry and multiple culinary awards, Chef Ryan leads our culinary team. Amassing his knowledge and talents, he delights our residents with his delicious and nutritious daily meals. He enriches our community with thoughtful menus designed for comfort and exploration through his creativity and dedication to our residents and their dietary needs. Chef Ryan attended Johnson & Wales University in Norfolk, VA, earning an Associates’ Degree in Culinary Arts.
Chef Grey Bailey, Chef de Cuisine
Grey Bailey serves as Chef de Cuisine and leads with his vision and experience. With over thirty years in the foodservice industry as a restauranteur, his knowledge benefits our community greatly. Grey has been a part of 19 new restaurant openings across the nation in his career. Grey wows our residents with his innovative desserts and fresh spins on classic meals. Grey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition & Restaurant Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, VT.
