Although the summer season is over, things at Galloway Ridge are starting to heat up with the culinary team. The crisp mornings and pleasant afternoons remind me of New England in the fall and some of the things I most love to use when cooking. I look forward to apples, pumpkins, celery root, endive and cranberries. These smells emanating from the oven hearkens us all back to memories of great meals with family and friends and the reminder that the holidays are right around the corner. Although the holidays are a busy time for the culinary team we are excited and look forward to making great meals and memories for you, your friends and family.
