Enriching culture with retirement community events and history

Galloway Ridge began 10 years ago and has developed an amazing community culture since its inception. Our residents make a difference in Chatham County through their support of the Community Grant Program. In 2013, a total of $60,500 was donated to 16 organizations in the form of grants. Our residents also contributed their time by volunteering, and gave a total of over 20,000 hours of their time both at Galloway Ridge and other local organizations.

Comprehensive Service and Continuing Lifecare for Seniors

Galloway Ridge at Fearrington is the first and only comprehensive LifeCare community in this area. LifeCare is the most extensive and inclusive service contract, and it distinguishes Galloway Ridge from other Life Plan communities. A LifeCare contract guarantees that, for a one-time entrance fee and a monthly service fee, Galloway Ridge will provide residents with high quality, unlimited Assisted living, Skilled nursing or Memory care on-site in our Arbor, should it be needed, at almost no additional cost.
