From the elegant, formal Camellia Room, the spacious and inviting Bistro, or the casual Weathersfield Café, you will find superb cuisine using the finest seasonal ingredients and friendly, expert dining staff.

We offer multiple meal plans to suit your lifestyle and are happy to help you accommodate most diet restrictions.  We have a beer-brewing club – the Hops & Barley Brew Boys Club and special wine dinners. We offer take-out and home delivery for no extra charge, and will cater your private party in your home or at one of our venues.

We hold a Let’s Talk Food meeting once a month for residents and staff to give feedback and suggestions and we also have a Resident Dining Committee that meets once a month. We welcome new ideas! David Voelz took the love of cooking he discovered around his family’s dinner table and turned it into a career. He earned his culinary chops by becoming an executive chef at the tender age of 20. He has committed to engaging in all aspects of food and beverage from quick service to fine dining in order to truly master the art of cuisine. David joined the prestigious staff of Galloway Ridge in January of 2017 as executive chef, where he provides quality dining experiences to the community’s residents and guests. If you can’t find him in his kitchen whites, look for him on the board of American Culinary Federation – North Carolina Chapter or proctoring evaluations for fellow chefs.
